The hostel was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. the bathrooms were large and the best I've seen in a hostel. the staff was nice and helpful. the breakfast was good and sorted for the day. the shower pressure was amazing. There were two chill areas where people could hang out. They hosted a fun Takoyaki party where you could meet other guests. There was ample luggage space and a separate bathroom area. the hotel was easy to find and near the stations. the staff spoke fluent English, making communication easy.
Felt like being home, no complaints.

The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect for our romantic escape. We were just a short walk away from three subway stations, making it incredibly easy to explore the city and visit all the attractions we wanted to see. Plus, there were plenty of 24-hour supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so we never had to worry about finding something to eat or getting any essentials we needed. Another advantage that we enjoyed was the helpful and polite staff who were always ready to assist us and provide us with any information or recommendations we needed.
There were a few negative aspects of our stay at this hotel that I have to mention. the cleanliness was not up to our expectations.

I absolutely loved my stay at this cozy hostel. It exceeded my expectations for the price I paid and the room was surprisingly spacious. The location was great, with the metro just a short walk away, making it super convenient to explore the city. The staff were extremely friendly and their fluency in English was a bonus. Plus, they organized fun events like cooking Takoyaki or Gyoza. Definitely a place I would happily stay at again.
If I had to mention one thing to improve, it would be the breakfast selection.

Grids Tokyo Nihombashi East Hotel&Hostel was top-notch in every way. the location was perfect, with easy access to subway stations, restaurants, and convenience stores. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. the room itself was comfortable and clean, equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including toiletries, towels, and even a TV with Netflix. Despite being fully booked, the hostel was quiet and I rarely saw other guests, giving it a cozy and homey atmosphere. the showers and bathrooms were always available and kept spotlessly clean. Plus, I was pleasantly surprised to find fresh sheets and towels provided daily. I can't wait to visit again!
Was all great 😊.

The location was unbeatable, with direct train access to the airport, Shinjuku, and even day trips to Kamakura and Yokohama. We could also easily walk to Akihabara. the staff were super friendly and the facilities looked fresh and modern. the beds were spacious and comfortable. I loved that the showers provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
One major issue was the noise level in the dormitory. Some roommates treated it like a marketplace, so I had to switch to another dorm for a peaceful sleep.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist with any requests or questions. The facilities were spotless and well maintained, providing a clean and comfortable environment. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with close proximity to two subway stations, making it easy to navigate around the city.
The meals for dinner were a bit small for my Aussie habits, but that may be because I tend to eat a lot. I found it a bit difficult to locate the hostel at first, as the instructions on the website could have been clearer regarding which exit to take from the subway station.
